Today’s friendly reminder:
Corporations were specifically invented to limit risk… for investors.
The whole purpose of a corporation is to allow people to set up an enterprise, fail spectacularly, and walk away without literally losing the shirt off their back (or the summer home from their portfolio)
Go fast, break things, walk away and make other people pay for the fallout isn’t a flaw… it’s the feature. Pretending otherwise gets people hurt.
