not too too unlike big ag w cereal 🥣 and seed oils 🛢️, big lobster 🦞 made alotta people believe eating lobster was fancy and delicious but it’s one of the worst seafoods in terms of both texture and flavor. chicken is better for at least being very versatile. tofu is way better than both for having a nice delicate nutty flavor, many different textures and many ways to manipulate and cook.
regular lobster might be good only cause of the butter salt and garlic—not bc of the lobster. rather have garlic toast.
