Hey #WashingtonDC I'm looking for 1-2 roommates for June 1 or earlier (departing roommate is paying for May but signing a new lease starting May 6) for a rowhouse in NE (Carver Langston neighborhood, on the streetcar line to Union Station or <20 minute walk to Stadium Armory): I have a second-floor bedroom with adjoining office (both get morning sun) and private bath with tub and skylight, plus three rooms in a finished basement (the house shares one kitchen on the main floor) with private bath, all together that's $1800. Shared back deck, bayscaped pollinator garden, street parking and parking pad. Know this is a long shot but I'm trying to be proactive, and you never know!
