"content": "This is why I'm solidly a pro-parliamentarian. There is always a wild-card to power. The president isn't the end-all. And I think #canada does it best. Entirely independent country, and the PM does hold a great deal of power. BUT...the Brittish monarchy can lay down a smackdown, as rare and extreme as that would be.
