Thanks for posting this (and thanks to the guy who alerted me to it...). I think this is an important discussion, but as some have noted in the replies, it's a somewhat different challenge in a decentralized system like nostr.

The moderation aspect can be somewhat more decentralized and/or distributed as well. Indeed, you can create multiple answers to the question and see what works best.

But, still, if you don't take out the garbage, you'll get branded as a garbage dump. So the reputation of any social media, protocol or platform, requires at least some thoughtful responses to these questions.
