Once you're into a linux OS, install a hypervisor... I default to qemu+kvm/virt-manager, but virtualbox is pretty friendly... hardest part with qemu will be the network bridging but there a lot of good guides. Once you have a hypervisor, then you can create virtual machines, which is where I'd put plex/torrentserver.",
