That'd only be true if the resistive heater were burning electricity that was coming from the panels or had been stored in the battery. By the time the heaters are on the battery's all but flat (largely depends on whether the oven's been used etc).
Technically, though I guess we could charge the battery at that time, burn gas and discharge to grid later in the evening
