The problem is that fiat currencies are all doomed systems, destined to collapse in on themselves. It's a game if musical chairs, and more chairs are being removed all the time. The amount of debt in the system can never be repaid, and yet it must be paid. The pain people feel is that paradox unfolding. Reality cannot be fooled. It's not going to end well.
