i found it came down to carbs. I never count calories i just go with if its meat eggs and cheese were good. Limit sigar to one sitting and i can have as much as i want but o get full quick cause i eat it last after everything else. Grehlin is the hunger hormone when u eat it releases oxidation in the blood stream which causes the release of leptin which is the anti hunger hormone and makes you lose your apetite. After being sick these last few days i was only able to eat a small pack of jalapeño poppers from walmart the first day, 2.5 hot dogs the second day (my dog ate the other half roughly maybe a little more) and yesterday i had some brie type cheese and some keilbasa woth butter and ranch no sugar at all. Today ive had some cheese and bacon ive probably lost 5 lbs in water weight just fasting as much as i have im gonna try to keep the no sugar going and use it as a reset. The steak and egg diet by vince girronda made keto easy for me i always say all the macro counting as trivial and intimidating i dont want to have to weigh everything and calculate whats in what. My body knows when ive had enough and i fastlike DJ :lmde: :coolcat: :colombia: ░Cat░in░Bio░ (npub159s…9knu) but im even tighter, about a 20/2-4 and thats super successful along with working out alot. The working out is negligible but ithasa long term effect on raising metabolism just like fasting does at least thats been my experience. I think everyone should try different ideas but never stay stuck in one place variety is fun and everyones body is different but the carbs are always something u have to be very meticulous in watching. Most average americans eat between 300-600 grams of cards a day i eat less than 20 when im dieting less than 100 when im being loose
