I enjoy a good live action #DnD show, and I've been watching npub17jm9edxr35veqxm4y7ufaw5f8awpr67kn7cqar9dzaw0jrlhesrsfkm0j7 (npub17jm…m0j7) on YouTube for many years now. About two years ago, during the first great Twitter Migration (around the same time I did) they created a #Mastodon account for themselves, which I've linked above. That was when they were still busy with their previous campaign, and they're almost a year into their new one!
They posted to it a handful of times, and then abandoned it: you'll find nothing but tumbleweed there now. They're also on Threads, where they have a few more posts, but it's the same there, they've basically abandoned it and gone back to X.
I'm posting a link to their official website below, and I would love it if you would all check it out. In the first place, I'm adding a "?utm_source=Mastodon" to this link, on the assumption that they have some form of Analytics enabled, and if they get a bunch of clicks to this link, they might see that Mastodon's actually of some value and consider rekindling their presence here.
In the second place, if you watch an episode or two, and decide you enjoy it, it'd be cool if you followed the aforementioned Mastodon account. Maybe if they see a bunch of new follows on Mastodon (I'm assuming they'll get emailed or something, on account of not having visited in so long), they might likewise decide to come back and say something... or at least update their account info to reference their NEW campaign.
In the third place, if you watch a few episodes and decide you REALLY like it, you might pop into their Discord, or follow them on X -- where they're still the most active -- or even send them an email to highrollersdnd@gmail.com, and let them know that you really really really want to see them on the #Fediverse, and they should strongly consider resurrecting their account because they're likely to find a whole new audience here! :-)
Here's the link I promised: https://www.highrollersdnd.com/?utm_source=Mastodon
Oh, and by the way, Boosts would be appreciated. Let's get that link as many clicks as possible. ;-)
