Re: “we’re all tired”: we should all understand explicitly that the businesses cutting dev, support and staff costs to the bone and tech-proficient, antisocial nerds who want more levers and less humans in their lives have found common cause in offloading as much labor onto end users of any system as they can get away with. Booking travel, bagging groceries, managing calendars, none of those jobs went away by accident and now all of us have to do fractions of what used to be paid jobs for free.
