I suck at drawing, although I did make an effort as a teenager.
For digital, Krita is free and supposedly good (I am not familiar with the workflow) and now there are a lot of affordable Wacom tablets.
The Almighty Kek (nprofile…24tf) might have some other recommendations on hard and software for that.
