We have a cheap little Christmas clock that chimes a different Christmas Carol every hour. The 7 year-olds along with the 10 year-old have taken it upon themselves, whenever they hear the chime, to run to the clock and loudly announce the hour along with an "All's Well" followed by the name of the song playing.
The fun thing about having so many kids is that they invent their own family traditions. The older kids have been sucked in, and I'm sure we'll do this again next Christmas and beyond.
