Whenever misbehavior is done under the name of "science", the science-believers flock to expound on how it isn't "real science", which is all perfect & good & noble & full of butterflies & chocolate or s/t. They never paused to think that maybe the bad stuff *is* the "real science", & whatever good they associate with the science-word is something else entirely. That would be closer to the truth at least, if still wrong.
