I'm thinking hashpool needs to rotate the keyset more frequently than each block to enable the windows described in this forum post.
We can't expire ehash because of its privacy properties but we can expire the keyset. Still not super clear on the pool hopping problem that this scheme solves but I think it is workable in this way.
