It would also require enforcing more UIX on devs. I find the macos implementation of most things quite inefficient and thoughtless beyond a very shallow use case. They seem mostly for show, so gnome is lightyears ahead. I hope they will not get influenced by the likes of elementary.

Also, that's just my opinion ofc and I know most mac users do not agree.
