shockingly, my erstwife has mentioned some ways in which I might be able to keep this house. It would involve buying her out of her stake, which I could do for roughly the price of an expensive car.
It's not insurmountable, but it is a lot. I might have to ask my family for help. I wish my dad was still alive. I feel like he'd know what to do.
