93/ That last part? That's why I was telling people in replies that the jury won't have a verdict today.
They don't go running back to the jury room & instantly reach a verdict... Instructions always come 1st.
Nor do they reach verdict w/out having some sort of deliberation bc, at the very least, it looks biased. I mean, even an hour, folks. Or 20 minutes. But not without some conversation & reviewing a few facts. Thorough, fair deliberations for every case, hopefully.
