Finally got around to revising my Unbound service for Guix and it got merged yesterday, so you can now use Unbound as a local DNNSSEC validating resolver on Guix https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/guix.git/commit/?id=8db6cfe02255bbd4be2448e5dd8758866963aad2
