I think it's just a somewhat clever troll. Literally anyone could do this. Especially the person who noticed it in the first place.
I doubt Etsy is a vehicle for elite child trafficking. How would that even work? You'd need to agree on the terms on some other platform, and in that case you don't need a dogwhistle like pizza. It could just be any random item.
