The _current_ generation of AI models, transformers and diffusion models, are inherently and fundamentally incapable of art, writing, and acting no matter how much computing power is used.
There _could_ be newer kinds of AI models that enable this later, but I suspect that's substantially more than a year out.
You will, for sure, be able to make a coherent move directly from a script in 10 years, but it will be the movie equivalent of AI written articles.
That will be enough for some use cases, like employee compliance training videos. Definitely not sufficient for replacing actors.
