Zambia (npub1uqc…x0ce) I don't think they're so much more charitable in other parts of the world. What I said applies to anyone who doesn't have to worry about safety, food and housing.
People are homeless here too. Not for lack of government services, but because, for example, they're too addicted to drugs to pay rent. Or they just don't have the capacity to fill out paperwork.
I was close to eviction once because I temporarily lacked the capacity to do that.
