I gave up regular coffee and addiction to it years ago. I replaced it with mushroom coffee which is arabica coffee and ground dried mushrooms. I only drink 1-2 at most/day compared to 5-6 cups of coffee, it makes you feel good and I have not been sick (no cold, flu or Covid) in over a decade. There are many brands now but my favorite is Four Sigmatic. I like the one with Lion’s mane and the one with Chaga. They taste sort of earthy like chicory coffee.
