At least she learned that lesson early! Would have hurt much more in a month, more again in a year.
It didn't occur to me before getting into nostr that most people don't even use password managers.
The concept of an unchangeable irretrievable secret key really is scary to many people.
Otherwise intelligent people I know use lost password functionality to log on to services when they have to clear their browser cookies.
I believe passwords will be a thing of the past, but this sovereignty thing requires taking more responsibility than many people are willing to take right now.
I wonder what needs to happen for the average normie to understand the benefits?
