There is no proper word for me to express how I feel about the neigbour having a leaf blower again. It is utterly depressing as she uses it as a vacuumcleaner and she is meticilous about it. Like proper noise a ridiculous amount of time, precisely when there is sun and a bit of warmth for spending time in the garden after work.
