Realistically speaking he should be able to accomplish something (I mean aside from the well-known fact that these companies have billions to lobby to stop him) because take McD for example, they are in other countries, and while the food there may not be healthy and nutritious, it's not poisoned the way it is in the US. The ones they feed to the American public is literal garbage.
You'd think it wouldn't be a hot button topic to be like "yeah we shouldn't put industrial waste in our foods".
