I would consider taking this stuff, but I don't like how much calcium is in it. I'd be concerned about kidney stones over time, though people in places with soft water (like near ocean) might benefit from it.
I also don't like that it's magnesium sulfate, which is lower-quality (unsurprising) form of magnesium that doesn't absorb as well as a high quality form like magnesium bisglycinate.
Conclusion...If I didn't have the means to get higher-quality supplements, I would probably drink the horse electrolytes, but sparingly.
