In WhatsApp's lawsuit against it for hacking innocent people through their app, NSO Group has to face the music in a U.S. court, rules a judge in the Northern District of California, rejecting NSO's "forum non conveniens" argument.
NSO is making the same arg in all the lawsuits currently pending against it; we'll see if other judges are any more receptive. (The "shouldn't be in a U.S. court" arg *did* succeed in Jamal Khashoggi's widow's lawsuit, recently dismissed.)
