"content": "additionally, the realization that even when people say that they want freedom of speech or they are against censorship they probably just mean for themself. A significant reason for this network's existence (caring about decentralization etc.) when it was created was based around anti-censorship etc. At the best of times a lot of people don't really believe in them, and in the current day the the cultural shift has moved toward open disdain. I don't want to say that \"Fedi was made for a bygone era\" because a minority of people still believe it has value but we lost the culture, it has moved on.",
