Trump won North Carolina in 2020 in the midst of coronahoax, so he probably wins it again in 2024. If unrigging is enough to win Georgia that plus NC gets Trump to 251 electoral votes.
PA alone wins it. Otherwise he needs two big swing states - NH and NV won't cut it.
