Another thing they talk about in this one, is how red light was taken out of LCD bulbs. They said they did it because red light is infra-red and thus heat, so why not get rid of the heat. But DARPA wanted this because red light counters blue light, and they wanted to use the bulb's blue light to control people. But the red light is the health and mood beneficial light wavelengths. 380 nanometer light (in the infra-red range) is the catabolic/anabolic trigger. 1280 nanometer (in the infra-red range) is the trigger for dealing with free-radicals. And here people are, now using LCD bulbs, which has had the red-light largely removed, instead of using incandescent bulbs. Blue light also interrupts the circadian rhythm, and thus people's sleep cycles.
