on average, shoppers are estimated to save £162 a year by switching their broadband to a new provider
Ah, the impact of the (silly, IMHO) heavily discounted initial period, leaving customers paying a so
significant premium after that, incentivising them to switch. It’s a model based on lethargy to avoid churn, and, IMHO, it sucks.
I recognise that, for some, price is key, and their ISP is interchangeable. But focus seems only to be on price, not quality of service.
