yeah I think the rule scales well to a certain extend. At a point it becomes impractical and counter productive training effect wise. I imagine.
Thoughts:
- you could get inspired by a 100k plan (and down scale a bit)
- there is likely a certain level of distance you need to “proof to yourself” that you can do. To have confidence
- there is a base fitness and training history that solves for many distances 😅. A lot of it then becomes mental from that point on
