For example, Dan Shin has slipped almost entirely under the radar despite co-founding Terra with Kwon and making what appear to have been fraudulent representations about its use in his payment network Chai. From what I've read, Shin was charged and began a criminal trial on the matter in S. Korea in 2023, but I can't find any news about what happened beyond that.",
