Ah no, the bot is some in between layer that bridges DM (Social Clients that don't have nip90 implemented) to DVM communication. Having balance means the balance is with the bot, not the DVM. It uses this balance to actually pay DVMs via lightning. The page replaces the bot and allows you to directly interact with the dvms via browser extension or nwc.
