Today's little bit of metadata joy: Coursera have a course on C++ in French. For some reason, it is tagged on their site such that it appears as recommended if you want to do a course on arbitration.

One is a choice to submit to a confrontational process governed by internationally agreed standards on the basis that it is faster than the alternatives, but one has to live with somewhat arbitrary rules that can't be easily challenged... and the other is a form of dispute resolution.
