Went to start the lawn mover to move it out of the way so I could get to the generator but the throttle and choke cables were frozen. How water managed to get inside a shed-kept mower, I don't know.

Managed to get the generator out then wore my arm out trying to start it. It started fine two months ago so WTF?

Wife suggested bringing it in the house to warm up then take it outside and try again.

I love that woman.

Pre-heat your generator. That's a new one for me. 🤷‍♂️
