Well...up at 6:30 this morning and I'm still trying to figure out why I'm sleeping okay lately...but I'll take it...taking an easy day yesterday has helped with the chronic pain from riding too much but I will be getting back on the bike by 8am this morning...it didn't get as cold as forecast last night but it will be down into the 40's tonight...going to make soft tacos today but I will have to cut some calories if I'm not going to do three rides daily anymore...good morning!
