Y'all I cannot express enough how excited I am for my HYDRANGEAS this year!
This is the first year since I've moved here that old growth survived the winter. Usually this area is still pretty sparse this time of year, as I barely have new foliage just barely creeping up and only see a few (admittedly big) blooms late season in the autumn. And then new growth isn't sturdy enough to support them yet so they just flop over and you can't see them lol.
These are smaller blooms but soooo many of them. I'm 100% convinced this heatwave is about to wipe them all out so I am posting immediately before they are burned to a crisp
