I gotta say, I don’t understand the freak out some people are having about “Apple Intelligence”.
It seems basically like an extension of their approach to ML, with a data set of spotlight that you can, effectively, query in interesting ways.
The fact that you can optionally ask it to ask ChatGPT seems no different than the fact that you could open the browser and ask the ChatGPT site…it’s just that AI offers more privacy protections around the interaction.
Maybe I’m just naive?
