The next phase of the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) case of the #EEUU against Ripple
is ready to move on, as the judge; Analisa Torres of
the United States District Court for the Southern
District of New York filed papers on July 17
remanding the case to the magistrate; Sarah
Netburn.
As first reported by journalist, Eleanor Terrett, the
court issued an "amended order for referral to a
magistrate", transferring judicial oversight of the
case to the magistrate's office.
