Its not so much 'stranger danger' for women, rather they are at most of risk of being murdered at home & by those they are intimate with.
Anyone who thinks 'toxic masculinity' is not a problem, needs to consider the UN's data & as why is it that men's violence against the women they are close to continues (seemly) unabated?
And what we know from the UK experience is these attacks are not unprecedented, victims have often wanted the police to intervene earlier!
