[2/3] but is this an autonomous killer robot? I can't tell from the brief notice in that article, but It sounds like one. No one should be the first to introduce autonomous killer robots into the world. The west should not allow Ukraine to do it. Israel did something like it, by using a machine learning system to choose targets for human-controlled weapons. The expectation that human control over weapons will avoid some atrocities presumes that human soldiers are fighting a war to defeat
