I have sorta got this working.

Easiest example is I have a startup script:

(require :marklib "~/Code/CodeLisp/marklib.lisp")
(use-package :cl :marklib)
(marklib:prln "READY")
(marklib:prln "Quicklisp: " ql-info:*version*)

I'd like to get the marklib: prefixes out of my calls, I want them imported into this namespace.
