Matthew 5:17-20 "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfil them. For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished."
It's all a genocidal mass delusion, no matter what version or interpretation is concerned. All the people who cherry pick from it are doing by bleating out of context (both historical and scriptural) saccharine platitudes is to provide a smoke screen to cover for the people who take it literally and act accordingly. They perpetuate the conditions for that genocidal delusion to continue, and then pretend they're not responsible by making bullshit "no true Scotsman" excuses.
