I heard on a podcast recently where the owner of Sawyer was being interviewed that even just permethrin socks makes it like 80 times less likely of getting bitten by a tick. Probably too late for this year but I may buy an REI sun hoodie, a couple trail made pants, and some smart wool socks and send them off to be factory treated. I’m already used to pants and the sun hoodie.
