The same goes for Russia & Ukraine: decades of "cold war conflict" that involved all kinds of low-level warfare that was never fully resolved. It's allowed to percolate as long as it has because it was politically advantageous to all sides. Why take away a perfectly good money-raising issue when you can milk the suckers dry?
