Perhaps relating to wider shifts in the security environment, EU leaders look set to invite Keir Starmer to a European Security meeting in February, marking the first time a UK PM has been invited to such a meeting since 2020.
This may help Starmer 'reset' relations with the EU, but it won't come to much unless he shifts his views on other areas where he has blocked EU approaches (or refused to countenance negotiations towards closer cooperation).
But, its a start...
