Do not use your phone for 2FA because if you lost phone then you will not be able to receive 2FA massages, nor use your authentication app.
Use 2nd email as 2FA since it is available on the multiple devices.
If you use authentication app on your phone, you need to save the authentication secret key somewhere else. Also you need to remember which authorization app is used for which account.
