No. I’m assuming that groups will use whatever relays they want and a combination of multiple relays for censorship resistance. That’s why the ordering might end up being tricky. But the hashing solution is actually fairly elegant. Only issue is if a specific note never arrives to some subset of the group. In that case recovery is very hard.
